Organised by Big MC, Red Kite was invited to provide live jazz entertainment for a crowd of booze enthusiasts and whiskey connoisseurs. Beam distributes a lot of brands that we often consume, most prominently the household whiskey brand Jim Beam.
Meryl & her mates were set in a garden atmosphere that is actually at the courtyard of Mountbatten Square. Dressed in resplendent yellow, the jazzette belted out tunes for an early hour hour at 5pm.
A ‘Celebration of Love’ as Conrad Centennial Singapore likes to call it, was held for couple Wilmond & Aiyu on 23 October 2011. Enchanted by Tricia’s wedding during Levi & Joy’s wedding, the couple engaged Tricia to perform for them.
Sammin did a great job accompanying Tricia on the grand piano, a lovely piece of furniture slash musical instrument, property of Conrad. He performed instrumental pieces and added a tinge of jazz to Tricia’s usually pop repertoire.
Gabriel & Sharon performed Canon in D for the couple who loved traditions. It was held in Shangri-La’s Waterfall Terrace.
After we moved to the Tower ballroom, where Juliet, Sharon, Shawn & Eddie Jansen were performing, a little girl came up and wanted to sing. Talk about having what it takes to be a star.
A friend of the groom mom did an item for them, called “yue liang dai biao wo de xin”.
Juliet, Wah Yong & James had a Christmas party in the afternoonwith Junnimed, a medical equipment company in their cosy office.
MARINE COVE
Singapore Char Siew Baos started the evening at Marine Cove with a one hour performance before heading to Jewelbox to do their usual, except that they had loads of Christmas melodies for those celebrating Christmas eve with them up on the hill. i must say that Jewelbox’s deco is rather impressive, especially with that gigantuous (sic) tree
Later on, it was time for Changing Hues – Robert, Jessica & Amos to take the stage and sing until it was Christmas

Tanya’s band, featuring Hendri on drums, Yong Lun on bass, Howen on piano and a guest trumpeteer was a great addition to Pan Pac’s Christmas evening.
