We were back to celebrate the graduation of NUS Business students again! This time, the event was organised by Maverique Events Company.
We had Changing Hues and Impromptu to rotate ballrooms.
Red Kite managed to pull off having multiple events on New Year’s Eve, thanks to the follow bands:
Singapore Char Siew Baos
Los Santos
Phase to Face
Audionauts
Maybe Friday
All of the Above (Shi Li & company)
DJ Matt Wainwright
Thanks all, for making the night possible.
Here are some pictures where I was, which was at Oriole Cafe (Pan Pacific Suites). I counted down with All of the Above, which is made up of Brandon on drums, Adrian on bass, Adi on keys, Shi Li on vocals and Moses on guitar.
I couldn’t take a break after the 31st – we had celebrations at the Waterfront, starting with Impromptu on the first day.
day 2 was Phase 2 Face
Day three is for Inc Co. band which plays at Lobby Bar, St James Powerstation weekly
Also, Jason & Lyn was married at the ACM on January 1
we had Phobee and Clarence live
With Def Leppard on the list, there’s no stopping this couple from rocking their night away. With a carefully crafted setlist – it is their night afterall – and even the carefully selected house music (sing and big band style), ambience was created to perfection.
The chosen ones to deliver was Impromptu – Rizal on vox, Didie on bass, Ayam on guitar, Reno on keys and Boy on drums.

A total of four? five? ballrooms at Swissotel Stamford were occupied last evening for the graduation party for the various cohorts in NUS Business School – BBA, MBA, Apex etc
We were running around like ge tai singers. From one ballroom to the next. Well, only the Singapore Char Siew Baos that is, Ryzal and his gang, were comfortably seated to perform for the BBA grads.
I’m wondering how come I never got to attend a commencement dinner for Arts?

We had strollers going to various Swensen’s outlets to romance guests with a bit of anĀ old school touch – the acoustic guitar.

And at Villa Bali, we had Shafi’s and Ye Lea’s big day:

And there’s the post-valentine’s day gig at Esplanade outdoor?
